EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION
Position: SALE ACCOUNTANT
1. JOB DESCRIPTION:
Check the validity of related invoices and documents before importing/exporting warehouses. Accounting for the import and export of warehouses and materials, ensuring accuracy.
Prepare import and export documents, sales invoices. Follow up customer debt reconciliation.
Confirm the results of counting, counting, delivery and receipt of invoices and documents and record books according to regulations.
Inventory control. Prepare inventory report, import and export report.
Support a number of tasks when arising or required by superiors.
2. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Female, 24 - 30 years old, graduated from College/University or above majoring in accounting;
Having 1-2 years of sales accounting experience, knowing how to use accounting software to issue sales invoices;
Agility, hard work, good communication
Good problem-solving skills
Proficient in office computers
3. WORKING CONDITIONS AND BENEFITS:
Working hours (Monday to Saturday).
Salary: 7,000,000 - 9,000,000 VND. 2 months probationary period (85% salary).
After signing the labor contract, the Company pays 100% insurance for employees.
Support for meals (650,000 VND).
Each month is given 5kg of rice of King Gao brand.
