EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION

Location: KEY ACCOUNT (MT)

1. JOB DESCRIPTION
Plan, implement, and evaluate sales and marketing programs and activities for the client group in charge.
Organize and implement the MT channel sales strategy according to the Company's strategic orientation;
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to maximize sales
Assess customer trends, find, reach and develop new customers. Negotiate business contracts, propose business plans, promotions…
Collect and synthesize information about competitors and competitive products
Manage sales budget to control costs within allowable limits.
Report sales performance directly to upper management.
2. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Male/Female, 24 - 26 years old, graduated from College/University majoring in economics;
Agile, good communication;
Have organizational skills, work management, time, human resource management, problem solving skills;
Have good negotiation, negotiation, and situation-handling skills;
Ability to collect and analyze information. Good office computer.
3. WORKING CONDITIONS AND BENEFITS
Working hours (Monday to Saturday). Flexible working location, only going to the office at the request of superiors.
Basic salary: 8-12 million. 2 months probationary period (85% salary).
After signing the labor contract, the company pays 100% insurance for employees.
Support for meals (650,000 VND). Each month is given 5kg of rice of King Gao brand.
