EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION
Position: CHANNEL SALES SUPERVISOR MT
1. JOB DESCRIPTION:
Market & customer research
Capture information about suppliers present in supermarkets: company name, branch, number of brands, color, main model, price of each supplier.
Capture the promotion forms that are going on at supermarkets and the results of the programs.
Understand the needs of customers at the supermarket. How to operate and sell at supermarkets…
Proposing promotions, sales plans for the supermarket system
Sales & Revenue Management
Manage sales and daily sales codes. Keep stock of each supermarket, each product code, update information on strong selling codes and slow selling codes. Find out the reasons when there are sudden increases and decreases in revenue.
Manage product portfolio: plan promotional output, sales & display, perform listings, manage display space, manage promotional prices to avoid encroachment, increase sales display area on the main shelf.
Manage the quantity of goods returned/exchanged: know the quantity of goods returned/exchanged of each supermarket. There are restrictions on non-conforming aviation.
Prepare monthly production plan for superiors.
2. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Male, 26 - 29 years old, graduated from University with major in economics;
Having at least 2 years of business experience, preference will be given to candidates with MT channel sales experience;
Agility, negotiation ability, good situational handling skills;
Ability to collect and analyze information, proficient in office computing;
Ability to work outside to meet customers.
3. WORKING CONDITIONS AND BENEFITS:
Working hours (Monday to Saturday).
Basic salary: 9-11 million VND. 2 months probationary period (85% salary).
After signing the labor contract, the company pays 100% insurance for employees.
Support for meals (650,000 VND), phone (300,000 VND).
Each month is given 5kg of rice of King Gao brand.
