EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION
Position: Branch Manager

1. JOB DESCRIPTION:
Setting up a new branch, arranging and managing the branch's assets and facilities;
Managing, operating and developing the branch's business activities within the assigned area;
Taking care of customers to maintain and increase revenue. Build and develop customer system. Seek and develop relationships with customers and partners in the Company's business lines;
Managing and implementing the branch's business activities to always achieve sales targets, deploy sales and support branch staff in sales;
Organizing, implementing and implementing supply and delivery plans at branches/TTPPs to achieve business plan targets;
Responsible for recruiting employees, training and monitoring the performance of sales staff;
Monitor and report daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly business activities of the Unit to the Board of Directors.
2. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Male 25 - 30 years old. Graduated from College/University majoring in economics;
5 years or more of business experience, 2 years of management experience;
Have organizational skills, work management, time management, human resource management, problem solving skills;
Have good negotiation, negotiation and situation-handling skills;
Skilled in analysis and synthesis. Proficient in office computing.
  Fast, hard working, good communication.
3. WORKING CONDITIONS AND BENEFITS:
Working hours (Monday to Saturday).
Salary: 15-20 million VND/month. 2 months probationary period (85% salary).
Support for meals (650,000 VND/month).
After signing the labor contract, the Company pays 100% of insurance for employees (not deducted from employee salary);
Each month, they are given 10 kg of King Gao brand rice.
