[RECRUITMENT] R&D PROFESSIONAL

EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION
Position: R&D Specialist

1. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Conduct research, production and development of rice products (vermicelli, pho, noodles, noodles, porridge...) and accompanying products (salt, seasoning, ...) according to the company's orientation;

- Coordinating with the Purchasing Department to search and evaluate suppliers and partners to process products for the Company (before the Company builds a factory);

- Research and test products according to the company's goals and standards, propose product improvement, optimize production conditions. Monitor, urge and supervise the product production deployment;

- Reviewing and updating quality standards, raw material norms, production processes, etc. for products;

- Calibrate and supplement documents related to product announcement, coordinate with Marketing Department in product packaging design, ensure that the information on the package complies with regulations and published content.

- Continuously updating product prices, making improvements to stabilize quality to create competitive prices.
2. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Male/Female food technology engineer from 27 to 35 years old.

- At least 2 years of experience in related product R&D position. Priority is given to candidates who are working in Factories that manufacture the above products….

- Knowledge of quality systems and regulations on food safety (ISO 9001, ISO 14000, ISO 22000, HACCP, BRC, TCVN...).

- Able to work under pressure, dynamic, creative, careful and work with a plan

- Discipline, good team spirit, honest reporting.
3. WORKING CONDITIONS AND BENEFITS:
- Working by office hours from Monday to Saturday every week;

- Salary negotiable according to capacity (15-20 million/month);

- Other regimes and policies: according to the Law and the Company's policy.
