EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION

Position: INTERNAL CONTROLLER

1. JOB DESCRIPTION:
Participate in the drafting of policies and procedures on conducting internal inspection and control. Conduct inspections and assessments of operational processes and actual controls at the Departments/Branches;
Checking internal processes, ensuring feasibility in action plans, rationality and consistent coordination in the common work of Departments/Branches. Ensure that all employees comply with established regulations, regulations and policies;
Review and advise the Board of Directors in controlling risks in production and business activities; identify material risks, propose tools to limit risks and minimize risks of the Company;
Organize activities to check and control the financial accounting situation, money, goods, debts... at the branches;
Report the collected information to superiors as well as make recommendations to improve the performance of the Departments/Branches. Prepare periodic evaluation reports to the Board of Directors of the company.
2. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Male, 24-29 years old, graduated from University with major in economics (preferably majoring in accounting and auditing);
Capture and understand the operational processes of a branch including business operations, warehouse management, goods, assets… and basic accounting operations;
Ability to collect and analyze information, proficient in office computer;
Able to work in the province.
3. WORKING CONDITIONS AND BENEFITS:
Working hours (Monday to Saturday).
Basic salary: 10-15 million VND. 2 months probationary period (85% salary).
Support for meals (650,000 VND), phone (300,000 VND).
After signing the labor contract, the company pays 100% insurance for employees. Each month is given 5kg of rice of King Gao brand.
